The assessment program is the folder that will contain all the assessments carried by one organisation (ministry / government agency) in a givern year 

AP describes the scope of the assessment to be conducted that can be a specific SDG progress, sectoral policies or a geography-based assessment (subnational / local) 

SDG assessment lifecycle covers 7 phases

• Enabling ecosystem
• integration & coherence, 
• Ownership 
• Implementation
• M&E
• Reporting
• Action planning

The selection of tools is informed by the findings of the Needs Assessment

Each project uses one assessment tool. The picture shows the listing of the projects related to assessment program. 

The project manager can 

• set the kick-off / end date 
• add assessment team members
• manage the status 
• ceate Micro-assessments to quickly and easily break out the complexity of an assessment amon the memebers of the assessment team. 

Dashboards and Reports informed by the micro-assesments are automatically generated to support decision-making and planning.   

Add a micro-assessment, a short and narrowly-focused assessment. Deepending on the used tool, the focus can be an SDG target (picture) ; geography (city, state); sector; group (such as women), etc.  

Micro-assessments are assigned to one or more team members 

The assessment process is informed by pre-populated data such as SDG targets interactions (picture) which is important when integration & coherence tools are used.

The ultimate goal of the system is to support alignment of public policies across the government with the SDGs, therefore it's important to develop a database of sectoral policies.

The platform offers access to pre-populated index of evidence-based policies (picture) that can be updated and further developed by the assessing teams.
