The Platform is hosted on AWS servers that are certified ISO/IEC 27001:2013, a specification for an information security management system (ISMS), which is a framework for an organization's information risk management processes.
This means the platform is able to store information up to and including the RESTRICTED security classification.
You can be confident that your information is stored safely and securely when you use the tool.
Network and system security
When you use the platform, the transmission of information between your device and the system servers is protected using 256-bit TLS encryption.
The hosting servers are located in the US, in data centers that are SOC 1, SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certified. The data centers have round-the-clock security, automatic fire detection and suppression, fully redundant power systems, and strict controls for physical access.
Service reliability and durability
The platform utilizes industry-leading Amazon Web Services (AWS) hosting infrastructure. Backups are geo-redundantly replicated across multiple availability zones for data durability.
Permissions
Within the Platform, you have granular control over how others can interact with your data. With permissions, it is possible to limit which records a user can see, edit and create. You can specify access right down to the level of each individual field.
Permissions can be assigned based on the user’s roles and/or the records that are linked to them.
